These Terms of Use govern the use of the On-Kare platform, a comprehensive health solution with 8 business domains across 8 business domains, including 343 artificial intelligence functions.

Using our services implies full acceptance of these GTU. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use our services.

On-Kare offers a SaaS solution including:

• Complete clinical management (879 features): 360° patient records, prescriptions, care pathways, AI triage, teleconsultation
• Growth & Patient access (356 features): advanced scheduling, digital intake, omnichannel communications
• Revenue & Finance (206 features): international billing, RCM, multi-currency payments
• Analytics & Performance (143 features): real-time dashboards, predictive AI, population health
• Governance & Compliance (101 features): GDPR, HIPAA, PDPA, advanced security, eDiscovery
• Platform & Interop, Workforce, Public Health (101 features): FHIR, HL7, DICOM, team management

The user agrees to:

• Use the services in accordance with their intended purpose
• Respect patient data confidentiality
• Maintain the security of login credentials
• Not attempt to compromise system security
• Comply with applicable regulations and data protection laws

All elements of the On-Kare platform (software, texts, images, designs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of On-Kare.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, without express authorization, is strictly prohibited and would constitute infringement.

On-Kare is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with international data privacy standards. Data is hosted on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure with regional data centers.

On-Kare makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of its services, with an availability commitment of 99.9%.

The user remains responsible for the use they make of the services and decisions made based on information provided by the platform.

Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may be modified with 30 days notice.

Billing is done monthly or annually depending on the chosen subscription. Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for possible reactivation.

In case of breach of these GTU, On-Kare reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services without notice.

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
